Feature Film – 78 mins – 2026

A fascinating portrait of a true original whose life proves that art, belief, and identity can be forged as boldly as any sculpture.

Beyond the Left Hand Path traces the extraordinary life and intentional death of Yukon artist and occult thinker James C. Kirby, a larger-than-life figure whose many identities ranged from chef and social worker to Temple of Set priest and master carver. As friends, family, and collaborators reflect on his influence, the film becomes a raw, intimate meditation on creativity, spiritual freedom, and what it means to live (and die) entirely on your own terms.
